Complete legalization and authentication services

Our services include document authentication, certification and legalization of all patent-related documents. We also legalize and authenticate patent and trademark registrations, assignments, agency agreements, and powers of attorney. In addition we authenticate documents from the US Department of State in Washington DC, and we certify documents from requested foreign embassies or apostille documents at the US Department of State.

The countries listed below do NOT participate in the Hague Convention. All documents for use in these countries must be certified by the US Department of State and the respective embassy. Any document not in English must include an English translation. (We will make copies if needed.)
