PRIVACY AND SECURITY STATEMENT

We treat your private information as we would want others to treat ours. We follow these simple, but effective rules:

1.) We will not share any information we have about you or your firm/business with anyone unless it is with one of our partners, and then only if it is necessary to complete one of your orders or requests.

2.) If we have special offers for you, we will not send unsolicited commercial email to your address unless you "OPT IN" to one of our mailing lists. We do not like unsolicited commercial email (SPAM), nor will we generate any.

3.) Email we send to you will only deal with your current orders or when products you normally order will change in either delivery methods or price, and only to keep you informed.

4.) We do NOT store you credit card information in or on computers that are directly accessible to the internet, and when we bill your credit card it will be accomplished directly to Secure Servers with the highest encryption levels required by our merchant bank provider.

We take your privacy very seriously, and we will do everything in our power to keep your private information private. We do not store private information on our computer systems. We do not require you to provide a credit card for our files (we trust you), therefore we don't need to store that information. We believe that is best way there is to prevent the loss of such information because you can't lose what you don't have.

If you would like to discuss our methods and procedures in place for privacy and security, we would be glad to discuss them with you. Simply call our main phone number (at the top of every web page) and ask for the manager. He or she will be glad to provide you with the information you require, or immediately direct you to someone that can.

ACCOUNT and PIN numbers for our Patent Download Service

If we have assigned you an Account Number and a PIN number to be used on our patent download service, we ask that you keep these confidential. If your account and PIN number is compromised, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible so that we may assign you a new one. We will not hold you responsible or bill you for patent images downloaded by someone that fraudulently used your account. There are daily limits on each account for security, and if you intend to download more than 500 images per day on any one account, please notify us so that we may increase your account limits (and possibly give you a quantity discount!).
